Delivery

Everything you buy at Smok Arcade reaches you by e-mail. We do not send anything by post and there are no delivery costs.

Bookings

• Delivery method: a booking confirmation sent to the e-mail address given in the order.
• Delivery cost: free of charge.
• Delivery time: immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.

All you need at the entrance is the confirmation on your phone - nothing has to be printed.

Vouchers

• Delivery method: an e-mail message with the voucher.
• Delivery cost: free of charge.
• Delivery area: worldwide - the voucher is an e-mail, so there are no geographical limits.

E-mail did not arrive?

1. Check your SPAM or "Promotions" folder.
2. Check the e-mail address you entered for typos.
3. Write to smokarcade@gmail.com quoting your order number - we will resend the confirmation.
